Peer Review Process

The Jurnal Penelitian Inovasi Indonesia adheres to a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the published research. All submitted manuscripts will undergo the following steps:

  1. Initial Screening:
Each submitted manuscript is initially reviewed by the editorial team to ensure it meets the journal’s scope, formatting guidelines, and ethical standards. Manuscripts that do not adhere to these criteria may be rejected before the peer review process.

  2. Double-Blind Review:
The manuscript will then be sent to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. In the double-blind process, both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other to maintain objectivity and impartiality.

  3. Reviewer Evaluation:
Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, methodology, contribution to the field, clarity of presentation, and adherence to ethical research standards. They will provide constructive feedback, suggestions for revisions, and a recommendation on whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.

  4. Author Revisions:
Based on the reviewers' comments, the authors may be asked to revise their manuscript. The revised manuscript must be resubmitted within a specified time frame for further evaluation.

  5. Final Decision:
The editor will make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection, taking into account the reviewers' recommendations. The decision will be communicated to the corresponding author along with any further comments or required modifications.

  6. Publication:
Once accepted, the manuscript will undergo copyediting, proofreading, and formatting before publication in the Jurnal Penelitian Inovasi Indonesia.

The entire peer review process typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the availability of reviewers and the complexity of the manuscript.
